22 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to a reported illegal activity (details supplied); if he has carried out an investigation into this mater; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11101/01]

I am aware of the newspaper report to which the Deputy refers but I have been informed by the Garda authorities that no complaints have been received by the Garda regarding the issue.
