The Department of Foreign Affairs recognises and fully appreciates the need for family-oriented human resources policies which assist staff in successfully meeting work, family and personal commitments. The full range of flexible working arrangements approved by the Department of Finance is available to the staff of the Department. The following are the details sought in so far as this Department is concerned.
