179 Mr. Cosgrave asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will ensure that a dealing in the Land Registry Office is completed for persons (details supplied) in Dublin 13 at the earliest possible date; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15377/01]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the property mentioned by the Deputy relates to Folio DN 62491F. I should mention that this folio contains no reference to the persons named by the Deputy. I am further informed that there are no applications pending on this folio.
