I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for a transfer of part (sale) and charge (mortgage) which was lodged on 9 April 2001. A reply to the query of 23 April 2001 to the lodging solicitors was received on 27 April 2001. I can inform the Deputy that, subject to no further queries arising, the application should be completed in the next four to five weeks.

I can inform the Deputy that the application is in the final stages of completion at present and, subject to no further queries arising, should be completed within the next two weeks.
