121 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 154 of 12 April 2001, his attention has been drawn to the fact that a report on a company (details supplied) has been under consideration by his Department since February 2001; the reason for the delay in publishing this report; the reason for the delay in providing details of its main recommendations; if he will publish the report immediately; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has now concluded its consideration of the findings and recommendations contained in the consultancy report in question. As part of its consideration, discussions have been held with, and regard has been had to up to date information and projections from, the company management. I will be publishing the report, and responses to its main recommendations, very shortly.
