Question:

495 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a person (details supplied) in Dublin 15 whose husband and children were granted naturalisation in 1999 is still awaiting a decision on her second application for naturalisation submitted in June 1999; the position in relation to this application; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I propose to take Questions Nos. 481, 492 and 495 together.

The person referred to has been notified separately of my decision by the immigration and citizenship division of my Department.
