Question:485 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the progress to date on the application for first registration by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny. [16796/01]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for first registration which was lodged on 10 February 2000. I am further informed that this application has been the subject of numerous queries, with the latest queries issuing on 1 May 2001, and that the registration cannot proceed until these queries have been satisfactorily resolved.
However, I assure the Deputy that, on receipt of a satisfactory reply, the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Question:486 Mr. G. Reynolds asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a land registry folio will be made available to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim. [16797/01]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that a query in relation to this matter was received in November 2000. I am further informed that a search has been undertaken to locate the original query and folio.
I assure the Deputy that the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible when the folio is located.
