121 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 945 of 3 October 2000, he will outline the progress made on the dealings; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17543/01]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the dealings referred to by the Deputy relate to applications for first registration, which were both lodged on 26 April 2000. I understand that, due to their complicated nature, dealings of this nature can take time to process and, accordingly, it is not possible to estimate a completion date.
However, I can inform the Deputy that both dealings were referred to the mapping section of the Land Registry on 12 June 2001 and are expected to be returned to the examiner of titles who will then be in a position to issue rulings on title.
