250 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will arrange for his Department to sign a declaration to enable the Mid- Western Health Board to establish title to land (details supplied) in County Limerick and to enable the board to execute an agreement which has been reached as to the way in which the property should be sold.
