I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for first registration which was lodged on 17 May 2001. The dealing number for this case is D2001PS004218Y. I am further informed that the application is currently awaiting the attention of the Examiner of Titles. However, I understand that due to their complicated nature, such dealings can take time to process and, accordingly, it is not possible to estimate a completion date at this stage.
