72 Mr. McCormack asked the Minister for Health and Children if he has satisfied himself that the concerns of the justice and equality for brain damaged babies group are being met. [19358/01]

Justice and Equality for Brain Damaged Babies has been offered two places on the recently established advisory group to examine the issue of introducing a no fault compensation scheme for brain damaged infants. Any issues which they wish to raise in relation to the operation of that group can be pursued at its first meeting scheduled for 25 July.
