Vol. 540 No. 3

Written Answers. - Medical Cards.

John McGuinness

Question:

161 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will arrange to have a medical card application reviewed based on the fact that the person (details supplied) in County Carlow requires life-long treatment and medication; and if an immediate positive response can be issued by the South-Eastern Health Board. [20622/01]

This is an operational matter and, accordingly, I have referred the Deputy's query to the chief executive officer of the South-Eastern Health Board and I have requested that he reply directly to the Deputy.
