Question:328 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive an area based payment for sheep and cattle. [21977/01]

The person named was paid his full entitlement of £2,700.08 (3,428.40) under the 2001 area-based compensatory allowance scheme on 25 September 2001. Payment was based on 60 hectares of mountain-type land at £45 (57.14) per hectare.
