I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transfer of part and amalgamation which was lodged on 8 September 1998. I am further informed that a reply to the query of 17 August 2001 has been received. I can inform the Deputy that the application is in the final stages of completion at present and, subject to no further queries arising, should be completed in the next six weeks.
