Question:

93 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Health and Children the supports that are available from his Department for coeliacs; if he will make a statement on the sources of funding available for such associations as the Coeliac Society of Ireland. [23558/01]

The Coeliac Society of Ireland received a national lottery grant of £24,472 – 31,073.03 – from my Department in December 2000.

The society has sought further funding for next year and this is under consideration at present.
