Vol. 542 No. 6

Written Answers. - Departmental Grants.

Gay Mitchell

Question:

230 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will consider grant-aiding the Dolphin Project Ireland to assist it obtain a premises for its work; if there is an agency to which a person (details supplied) in County Clare can apply for such financial assistance. [25569/01]

As I have no information concerning the project mentioned by the Deputy, I am not in a position to comment on the question of possible financial assistance. If the person in question considers that the project may be of interest to it, he or she could approach the Mid-Western Health Board. It would however be a matter for the board to decide, having considered any information given to it, whether consideration of financial assistance for the project would be appropriate.
