Hayes asked the Minister for Education and Science if an application for funding for fencing, resurfacing and ancillary works at St. Maelruan's junior and senior schools in Old Bawn, Tallaght, Dublin 24 has been submitted to his Department in August 2001; the reason for the delay in respect of a decision being taken by his Department for this project; if he will allow both schools to proceed with their plans; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
