Written Answers. - Proposed Legislation.
My Department is working on a framework for a Pharmacy Bill to rationalise and update the Pharmacy Acts, 1875-1977. However, this project has not advanced to the stage where proposals to update the legislation are ready for circulation. Additional staffing has recently been provided to expedite this work and proposals will be circulated to interested parties as soon as possible.
