85 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will provide necessary resources to health boards to enable them examine overcharging by them for the accommodation of long stay geriatric patients in health board facilities; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24834/01]

If the Deputy is aware of overcharging by health boards for accommodation of long stay geriatric patients in health board facilities, perhaps he would supply details of any specific cases to my Department.
