433 Mr. S. Ryan asked the Minister for Health and Children his views on the delay being experienced by a person (details supplied) who is awaiting heart surgery in Beaumont Hospital; and when he can expect to be admitted. [26595/01]
Responsibility for the funding of services at Beaumont Hospital rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has, therefore asked the regional chief executive of the authority to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to him directly.
