444 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Health and Children if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 647 of 3 October 2001, he will indicate when he intends the Western Health Board to furnish a reply; his views on whether it is satisfactory that a Member of Dáil Éireann must wait over a month for such a response; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The provision and development of services is a matter for the Western Health Board. I understand from the board that a reply, dated 5 November 2001, has issued to the Deputy.
