Question:

465 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will delete the section relating to the removal from register section 37(7) and (8), if product point of sale locations can remain, section 43(3)(a), and if the register of the tobacco retailers will remain without a fee, section 372BE, in the context of the Public Health (Tobacco) Bill, 2001. [26989/01]

Any proposed amendments by the Deputy to the Public Health (Tobacco) Bill, 2001, will be dealt with during the various stages of the Bill's progress through the Oireachtas.
