650 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has conducted research or studies on access orders being granted to separated men; if he proposes to reform or change the law in relation to these orders; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25884/01]

My Department is considering how legislation relating to access orders is operating and whether any amendment to the law might be desirable.
