260 Mr. Currie asked the Minister for Finance if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 319 of 6 November 2001, he will consider extending the definition of a child to other sections of the population; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [27634/01]

I have no plans to extend the definition of a child in the relevant spouses' and children's pension schemes.
