Question:

433 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will examine the establishment of a new Garda station in Walkinstown, Dublin 12; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [27508/01]

I am informed by the Garda authorities, who are responsible for the detailed allocation of personnel and resources, that there are no plans to provide a new Garda station at Walkinstown, Dublin 12.
