I propose to answer Questions Nos. 121, 142 and 442 together.
I understand that the decision in the case of MEC v. JAC, to which the Deputies refer in the details supplied with their questions, has been appealed to the Supreme Court and, pending the outcome of this appeal, it would be inappropriate and unnecessary to introduce legislation.
