Question:

131 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of prosecutions for failure to observe the three tonne limit signs in Dublin south east constituency, and relevant Garda districts and in the Raheny and Coolock Garda districts during the years 1999, 2000 and 2001. [28398/01]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that the number of prosecutions for failure to observe three tonne limit signs for the years in question are as set out in the following table.
