That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) signed at Washington DC on 3rd March, 1973 – as amended by an Extraordinary meeting of the Conference of the Parties in Bonn in 1979, and as further amended by an Extraordinary meeting of the Conference of the Parties at Gaborone (Botswana) in 1983.
