Question:285 Mr. G. Reynolds asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a land certificate will be made available to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim. [29524/01]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the land certificate in respect of the folio mentioned by the Deputy issued on 26 June 1995 and there are no dealings pending on the folio at present. The name of the registered owner differs from that supplied by the Deputy.
