138 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Public Enterprise the number of breaches of the tachograph regulations that have been detected for heavy goods vehicles registered in Northern Ireland for each of the past five years. [30036/01]
My Department maintains statistics on breaches of tachograph legislation detected by transport officers and these are broken down into three categories, vehicles registered in Ireland, other EU member states and third countries. Consequently it is not possible to provide separate figures in respect of vehicles registered in Northern Ireland.
