Brian Hayes

Question:

325 Mr. B. [30805/01]

The person concerned has been in correspondence with my Department and the Pensions Board, which is the statutory regulator of occupational pension schemes, about the administration of the pension scheme in ques tion since 1999. I understand that during that time, the Pensions Board has investigated fully all of the issues that have been raised to date and is satisfied that at all times the pension scheme has been administered strictly in accordance with the rules of the scheme.
