128 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if, further to a parliamentary question of 20 November, he will specify all reasoned opinions issued by the European Union Commission under Article 226 of the European Community Treaty against the State from 1 January 2000 to date in 2001. [30869/01]
I included in my reply of 20 November an annex which listed formal notices and reasoned opinions addressed to Ireland by the European Commission in the period 1997 to 2001, including those reasoned opinions issued under Article 226.
The following annex contains an extract from the previous list, which details reasoned opinions issued under Article 226 in the period 1 January 2000 to date.
