Question:

124 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Health and Children when it is anticipated that the pathology report of post mortem will be completed in relation to a deceased person (details supplied) in County Wexford; if the Government has set time limits for such procedures; if they are processed in date order; if not, the reason therefor; and if he will expedite this particular report so that internment can be carried out. Responsibility for the provision of pathology services in this case rests with the South-Eastern Health Board. Accordingly, my Department has requested the board's chief executive officer to investigate this case and reply directly to the Deputy.
