204 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will authorise a full investigation into the circumstances surrounding the tragic death of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31521/01]

As the issues raised relate to the services received by an individual, it would be a matter in the first instance for the South-Eastern Health Board to examine these queries. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy.
