134 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Education and Science his views regarding proposals emanating from the Spanish Presidency of the EU which aim to include education services as a tradable commodity in the context of the world trade talks; and if he will make a statement outlining the Government's view on the matter. I am not aware of any proposals from the incoming Spanish Presidency in regard to the matter raised by the Deputy. I will be glad to advise the Deputy of any developments in this regard.
