Question:130 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Finance when a deed of transfer will be stamped and returned to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [32236/01]
Written Answers. - Deeds of Transfer.
I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the case in question was submitted on 4 October 2001 to the stamp duty office for adjudication as the transfer involved related parties. I am advised that Revenue was unable to stamp the documentation as presented and have returned the papers to the solicitor for rectification. Stamping will be undertaken without delay on receipt in the stamp duty office of the documentation in good order.
