Vol. 546 No. 5

Written Answers. - Hospital Waiting Lists.

Willie Penrose

Question:

156 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will make inquiries with Cappagh Hospital as to when a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath will be admitted for assessment and to have a procedure carried out; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [32257/01]

Responsibility for the provision of health services to persons living in County Westmeath rests with the Midland Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply directly to him.
