I wish to inform the House that the following persons have been selected and nominated as representatives and substitutes from Ireland to the parliamentary assembly of the Council of Europe for 2002: The representatives are Deputies John Browne (Wexford), Daly, Enright, and Michael Higgins; and the substitutes are Deputies Aylward and Gregory and Senators John Connor and Rory Kiely.
