142 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if an application for first registration which was examined by the Examiner of Titles has been finalised for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if the registration process has been finalised. [3096/02]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for first registration which was lodged on 17 May 2001. The dealing number for this case is D2001PS004218Y. The application was completed on 2 October 2001.
