82 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the reason a person (details supplied) has not received payment under the control of farm pollution scheme; when payment will be released; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2957/02]

The person named is an applicant under the national scheme for the control of farm pollution. The application is being processed and, if everything is found to be in order, payment will issue within the next two or three weeks.
