247 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for Health and Children the number of in-patients and out-patients treated at Monaghan General Hospital for medical and surgical conditions in each of the past ten years; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3580/02]

The information requested by the Deputy in relation to the numbers of in-patients and out-patients provided with care and treatment at Monaghan General Hospital in each of the years 1991 to 2000, the most recent year for which complete figures are available, is as follows:
