Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) (No. 2) Bill 2001: Order for Second Stage.
Bill entitled an Act to provide for the making available, and resale, of affordable houses, to provide for the purchase of the interest of a housing authority in a house which is subject to a shared ownership lease and the sale of such a house, to provide for the making of grants in respect of new houses and to approved bodies, to provide for the giving of certain information by mortgage lenders to the Minister, to extend the powers and increase the borrowing limit of the Housing Finance Agency, to amend and extend the Housing Acts 1966 to 1998, the Housing Finance Agency Act 1981, and the Building Societies Act 1989, and to provide for related matters.
