I propose to take Questions 56, 81 and 109 together.

I am not in a position to say when the report of the High Court inspectors appointed to Ansbacher (Cayman) Limited will be completed or published. I understand that the inspectors have completed most of their work and are currently going through the required process of providing an opportunity for persons about whom conclusions have been drawn to comment on these conclusions before the report is submitted to the High Court.
Following the enactment of the Company Law Enforcement Act 2001, which amended section 11 of the Companies Act, 1990, this report will now be provided to the Director of Corporate Enforcement rather than to me as Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment. The question of whether the report is published and what extent of it is published is solely a matter for the High Court.
