152 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Health and Children if his Department operates term time; the number of persons who applied for this in 2000, 2001 and 2002; the number of persons who were accepted and availed themselves of the scheme; if persons were refused; if so, the reason therefor; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Department of Health and Children has operated the term time scheme since 2000 and I am pleased to advise Deputy Timmins that all applicants have been accommodated to date. The details requested in respect of the years 2000 to 2002 are as set out as follows:
