I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an appli cation for first registration which was lodged on 20 September 2001. Dealing Number D2001SM007210A refers.
I understand that due to the complicated nature of this type of case it is not possible to estimate a date of completion at this time. However, I can inform the Deputy that the application has been passed to an examiner of title and that the dealing will be completed as soon as possible.
