68 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources when he expects to receive a plan of development in respect of the petroleum leases issued by him in respect of the Corrib Field on 15 November 2001; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3502/02]
A plan of development accompanied by an environmental impact statement was submitted to me by the developers for my approval in November last and is currently under consideration in my Department. As soon as deliberations in connection with this application are completed I will be in a position to make a determination in relation to the plan of development.
