81 Mr. T. Hayes asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources the reason for the delay in the payment of a top-up forestry grant to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3687/02]

Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources (Mr. Fahey)

Because of a technical difficulty, the top-up premium was not paid to the person in question. I am arranging for payment to be made within the next two weeks.
