I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the following order in draft:
Customs and Excise (Mutual Assistance) Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order, 2002,
copies of which were laid in draft before Dáil Éireann on 1 February 2002, be referred to the Joint Committee on Finance and the Public Service, in accordance with paragraph (2)(a)(v) of the Orders of Reference of that committee, which shall, not later than 21 February 2002, send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 79B, and Standing Order 79A(2) shall accordingly apply.
