180 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when reactor compensation payments will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4551/02]

It is not possible to process reactor compensation in respect of this case due to ongoing investigations in relation to possible breaches of the Remedies Act, 1993, and Animals Remedies Regulations, 1996.
