Question:

210 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Finance if he will review the condition which required 10% of the pre-tax price of a car to be spent on adaptation in order to qualify for the concessions for disabled drivers. [4410/02]

The disabled drivers and disabled passengers tax concessions scheme is currently under review by an interdepartmental group which is chaired by an official from the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform. The group is examining all aspects of the scheme.
